This isn't just any home... it's yours.  It should ensconce your lifestyle, yet perhaps be competitive for resale in the future.  It must look stunning, but softly envelop the landscape, too.

Your home is an investment.  And any time you deal with investments, it can be a little scary.

Rest assured that Calvis Wyant understands your concerns.  Our staff realizes the inherent risks you may be concerned with and will do everything possible to relieve every apprehension.

First of all, we are a licensed contractor (AZ Contractor's License ROC # 141692) who has won many prestigious awards for design and structure.  You never have to worry about workmanship or design when choosing Calvis Wyant.  Your house - from the dirt below to the roof above - will be designed and built to give you years of pure enjoyment.

What happens when a design idea sounds great in the morning, but you get "cold feet" by evening?  Give us a call and we'll work through it.  We'll never leave you "stuck" with something with which you're not happy.  Listening to you is our number one priority, so you won't have cause for many second-thoughts.

We have an organized system through which we can walk each client - step by step.  It eliminates mistakes.  Nothing gets overlooked.  And because our staff is committed to helping you do things right, you'll find the whole process wonderfully enjoyable too. 

So how do you get started?  Well, if you don't already own a lot, we'll help you choose one.  Sometimes we'll take lots or properties in trade to make your life easier - or to avoid certain tax pitfalls.  If we don't already have the right lot for your family, we'll help you find one.  We have licensed real estate agents on staff that can help you make your search thorough and your purchase a good one.

Rather than starting from scratch with a completely custom home, you may decide to customize one of our homes-in-progress for a shorter building-time duration.  Our staff can discuss the pros and cons of either option with you.

Then, of course, our design team will sit down with you and begin the process of architectural design, or you can bring your own architect into the process.

And once these major decisions are in place, the process begins.
